Achieve Your Goals and Dreams Guaranteed

By: Kelly C. Wells

We all know that life is a journey, and we see our successes in stages and through a series of adventures.  It’s the times that nothing seems to be happening that we question our motives, our commitment and our faith.  We get discouraged by our lack of progress and wonder if we are going about it all wrong.

Can you truly have the career or the life you dream of?  Do you think wild success comes only to positive thinkers or motivational speakers?

What if I told you there was a secret to getting whatever it is you wanted, regardless of your fears, your doubts or your bad moods?  There is a simple formula, and you don’t have to write affirmations every day or take long retreats in the woods.  Are you ready?

Clarity + Active Intent = Manifestation

Now, let’s break down each piece so you know how easy this can be.  Clarity is the first key to getting exactly what you want.  How can youpave the road to success if you don’t know where you are headed?  This is not a new concept.  Tony Robbins, self-improvement guru has said, "The truth of the matter is that there's nothing you can't accomplish if: 1) you clearly decide what it is that you're absolutely committed to achieving.."

And, defining what you want starts by being completely honest with yourself about what it is you do want, not what your parents or your colleagues think you should want, not even what YOU think you “should” want.  Dream big and believe you both deserve the life of your dreams and can obtain the resources you need to have it.

Notice I’m not telling you to figure out all the “hows” to getting there.  Just spend ample time in reflection and think about what makes you happiest.  Get a big ‘ol smile on your face and create a vision of the life you most desire.  What would your ideal day look like?

Are you sipping green tea on a sunny deck in the mountains, writing your novel? Are you back packing in the rain forests of Costa Rica researching lost medicinal remedies? Get crystal clear about what you want without down-playing your dreams or up-rooting them before they have a chance to blossom.

“The greatest achievement was at first and for a time a dream. The oak sleeps in the acorn, the bird waits in the egg, and in the highest vision of the soul a waking angel stirs. Dreams are the seedlings of realities. “ ~James Allen

The second part of the formula is Active Intent: holding onto a compelling vision, backed-up by consistent action.

“Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it.” ~Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Just begin it.  Start moving toward it, and never stop.  Think about it: If you just take small steps every day toward the life of your dreams, what can stop you from getting exactly what you want?

Obstacles can be overcome.  Fears can be faced head-on.  The only way to fail is to simply give up.  On the contrary, clarity of purpose combined with faith in action is the fail-proof, magic-wand waiving, miracle enacting formula for dream manifestation!

“It does not matter how slowly you go, so long as you do not stop.” ~Chinese Proverb

I have that last quote posted on my website as a reminder to myself and to my visitors to keep moving toward what you want most.  You don’t have to speed toward it at a lightning pace.  The old fable of “The Tortoise and the Hare” taught us as children that slow and steady wins the race.  Most likely you are moving away from a frenzied work-life, and you do not need the additional pressure when it comes to fulfilling your dreams.

Your ideal lifestyle should call out to you like a beacon of light.  Follow that light, your passions and your lofty visions so that you travel with purpose, with excitement and without wavering.  The journey is not meant to be a constant struggle.  The way to your personal success is on the road you choose to skip and dance on.  Enjoy the journey as if your dreams are now opening up to a peaceful pasture where you are free to play as you like.  Make sure you are following your own dreams, and not someone else’s, for the proof will be the joy in your step and, ultimately, the rewards you knew would be around each corner.

The irony is that when you are acting as if your dreams are sure to happen, you begin living your dreams in the present moment.  You stop looking for that invisible finish line and instead take pleasure with each stride.

Consider this:  If your dream is to become a published author, at what point are you a bona fide writer?  When you join your first writer’s guild?  Only after a publisher accepts your manuscript?  Or, is it the moment you make a solid commitment and a lifestyle change to write each and every day?

The real pleasure is in the writing itself.  It is the joy you get when, word-by-word, you create your personal masterpiece, tending to to the ultimate harvest of your dreams.  The manifestation of a published book is nothing more than your daily labor of love, first nourishing your own soul and then reaching the world at large.

You can have everything you dream of.  You can have it now—see it, feel it in your bones. Celebrate your success the moment you decide to pursue your wildest dreams and never stop.

I certainly travel beside you on this amazing, miracle-making journey of ours.  Let’s play along the way, and keep moving forward.  Shall we?
